Shipping Policy – NATURA BY HELENA
Pre-order in progress. The entire catalogue is currently on pre-order: dispatches begin on 1 September 2026. From that date (and, outside pre-orders, after payment confirmation), orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days.
Destinations and estimated transit times, after dispatch:
- Portugal and Spain (Iberian Peninsula): 3 to 5 working days
- France: 3 to 5 working days
- Western Europe (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria): 4 to 7 working days
- Southern Europe (Italy, Greece, Malta, Croatia, Slovenia): 5 to 10 working days
- Northern Europe (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 5 to 10 working days
- Eastern Europe (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria): 6 to 12 working days
- Switzerland: 3 to 5 working days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Transit times are carrier estimates; there are no customs charges within the European Union. Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number.
Deliveries outside the European Union (Switzerland). Prices and shipping costs shown at checkout do not include Swiss import charges. Swiss VAT (currently 8.1%) and any customs clearance fees charged by the carrier are payable by the recipient upon delivery. Low-value orders may be exempt under Swiss de minimis rules. If a parcel is refused because import charges are unpaid, the return costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer only upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected time, contact us at geral@naturabyhelena.com for resolution (re-shipment or refund, as provided by law).
